Your administrator has blocked this application because it potentially poses a security risk to your computer
If you are trying to install the configuration software and get an error message saying: “Your administrator has blocked this application because it potentially poses a security risk to your computer”:
You are the administrator and don’t remember blocking any applications (if you’re not the admin, contact them instead of reading this article).
The ClickOnce trust prompt is disabled on your operating system, so instead of a dialog (prompt) which allows you to either proceed with the installation or not, you just get the message above.
You can change the ClickOnce trust prompt behavior by editing the registry subkeys under:

Step 1 - open start menu - type "RUN" and press enter
Step 2 - type "regedit" and press enter
Step 3 - Follow the route - \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\.NETFramework\Security\TrustManager\PromptingLevel
Step 4 - Change the settings for: Internet, LocalIntranet, MyComputer, TrustedSites, UntrustedSites to "ENABLED"
Step 5 - Close the Registry Editor
Step 6 - Try to install the configuration Software
Note: After installation you can change the settings back to "DISABLED"

There should be five subkeys, one for each security zone:

Change the value to "enabled"
After the editing, please try to install the configuration software again. You should get a windows notification including install button.
a. Turn off the check.
b. Hold the shift key while clicking on Restart
c. Select Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Settings > Restart
After Restart select option 7.
d. Install the USB Driver

a. Press Windows + X keys and click command prompt(admin).
b. Type the following command in command prompt and press Enter.
bcdedit /set loadoptions DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS & bcdedit /set testsigning on
c. Close command prompt.
