Individually tested & certified to ISO/EEC Class B, (Bypass Meter Class C). Measurement of largest flow range, main & bypass meters in one single inline 50,80,100mm body design. Both registers are IP68 rated, copper/glass, and three pulse output options for each. Suited for water up to 50°C. EEC-approved interchangeable measuring element common for 50, 80 & 100mm sizes. OIML R49 Class 2.

Features and Benefits

• The main meter and the by-pass meter are arranged one behind the other in the direction of flow.
• There is no longer any need for the differentiation between the “by-pass meter on the right” and the “by-pass meter on the left”.
• No straight upstream or downstream pipe is necessary due to the integrated flow straightener (U0D0).
• A removable metrological unit consisting of the main meter, the changeover valve, and the bypass meter (“3 in 1” concept).
• A multirange metrological unit allows an easy economical replacement after the validity period of the calibration has expired.
• Main meter with hydrodynamically balanced rotor
• Spring-loaded change-over valve with low head loss and extended lifetime.
• The By-pass meter is specified as a piston meter cartridge 612MTW-HRI with plug-in non-return valve, register copper/glass, protection class IP68.
• Minimum flow rate: 6 l/hour for piston type by-pass meter.
• Available in body lengths specified as per DIN 19625 and ISO 4064.
